STANDARD PROFILES:
We have a variety of standard molding profiles from which to choose. These moldings can be manufactured from almost any available species of wood: Pine, Popular, Cherry, Oak, or Maple. Or choose one of the more specialized woods: Curly, Birdseye, Mahogany, Cypress straw board. If you would like, you can have several different woods cut with the same profile at the same time with no extra set-up charge. We guarantee our manufacturing tolerances will meet or exceed industry standards. Our moldings can be ordered in almost any length depending on availability and in most cases the thickness and width can be varied. We can run production orders as large as 10k board Ft. Per batch or as small as 20 board Ft.
CUSTOM PROFILES:
If you have a special project, such as remodeling a historic home or just want to be a little different, we can accommodate your needs. Send us your existing molding, CAD drawing, DXF file, picture, drawing, or specification. Drawings or files can be sent by FAX or E-mail. With our CAD/CAM and CNC equipment we can create an exact match. Our state of the art equipment allows us to fill your order fast.
MILLWORK:
In addition to moldings and parts for the cabinetry and furniture industry, we also specialize in stiles, rails, bead-boards, crowns, and many other items. Whether you are building a traditional kitchen or Shaker furniture, we can simplify your project by creating your millwork - allowing you to spend more time on what you do best. If you prefer, we can even run your own wood for you, at our discretion.
DOOR CARVING:
We also use CNC technology to produce custom carved doors, both entry and interior, with designs from our extensive library of clip art. Customer supplied art or drawings can also be used to produce relief carved or engraved doors and architectural features. Designs can be executed as close tolerance inlay or intarsia, fabricated from exotic hardwoods or solid surface materials.
